Less positive: Because casein proteins digest slowly, this type of protein is not really suitable for muscle recovery after training. In addition, unnatural ingredients are added to this type of protein to make it more digestible.

Soy protein is one of the few vegetable ‘complete proteins’. The soy proteins are concentrated by peeling the soy beans and drying them into soy flour.
