Please be informed that the expropriation process for the Regional Roads Project Kosovo is at its early stage, including activities such as public meetings with interested parties in line with the Law on Expropriation and EBRD requirements. Please be informed that, beside the provisions of the local law and public hearing required by the local legislation, the public meetings will also be undertaken to implement requirements in line with the EBRD Environmental and Social Policy. The respective Land Acquisition Plans (LAPs) for four road sections have foreseen the public consultation meetings, which will be held at a later stage and the stakeholders will be informed in advance.
